The Le Mans Series are six appointments given by the 24 Hours of Le Mans on prestigious European circuits. With an average of 48 Prototypes and GT cars on each starting grid, quantity and quality are two words which go together for Le Mans Series.
High standard support races, friendly ambience on the track, paddocks and grandstands full of young or less young people, amateurs or professionals, anything is brought together to ensure the best in high level motor racing circuits which have built motoring history.
The 'Le Mans Series' are very demanding with a lot of traffic on the track and four competitions within the competition. They are first class credibility tests since further to the two invitations for each of the four classes winners, they are part and parcel of the selection criteria of King race, the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
In the innovation and technology field , the
'Le Mans Series' is a fabulous laboratory acknowledged by the automotive industry actors. The use of Diesel against regular petrol, this year is opening for the future, the door to the other bio and alternative technologies.
But the major and unique asset of the series is its friendly atmosphere to any participant, which does not exist elsewhere in high motor racing disciplines. When safety allows it, the series welcomes its public with open paddock and pit garages. Everyone can come across the cars, have a chat with the drivers, and watch the team work ...
