Held every two years, the 6th Monaco
Historic Grand Prix, over the same circuit as the
Formula One takes place in 2008, but only 10 laps
instead of 78. In 2006 there were 12 qualifying
sessions on Saturday, commencing at 8 a.m, and on
Sunday 6 races, one with Grand Prix cars dating
back to pre-1947, but all pre- 1977 cars.

'K' grandstand.

A very popular restaurant, well respected locally, and extremely well situated for the Grand Prix, being at the end of the harbour at the Tabac turn, which is part of the circuit where all the drivers are jockeying for position. This of course makes it very convenient for the included seat in the nearby Grandstand 'K'. All enthusiasts agree that Grandstand 'K' offers some of the best seats on the circuit.
The menu at this ideally situated restaurant will of course be different on each of the two days, but on each day it will include an aperitif, a half bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee. |
