Company amalgamation…
It’s been two years since Just Tickets & Motoring amalgamated with Lycian Events and I know that Paul has been providing the same great service that you received previously. A lot has happened since the amalgamation, and I felt that it was time to give you an overall update.

A new look…
On 1st November 2024 we will be launching an exciting new website, together with a new updated logo. The company will be known as Just Tickets which defines exactly what we do. Paul will still be providing the same service to all our existing clients but will also be welcoming all new clients as we move forward into 2025. 

Favoured camp sites…
As you know the ACO has made many changes over the last couple of years, closing several of our favourite campsites and opening new ones. When the ACO have closed or reduced campsites, Just Tickets has done its best to protect long standing clients. We are confident that the ACO will continue to make improvements to them over the next few years. 

2025 ticket deposits…
New for 2025 will be the fact that we now will be using the ACO online booking system and will be able to print out own tickets and provide e-tickets directly if required. 

Unfortunately, as with all changes and improvements in technology comes the downside and we will now have to pay for tickets as we book them, and so it will not be possible to take deposits initially as we have done in the past. Instead, we will require full balances at the time of booking. 

We understand that this is a major change from the many years we have been providing tickets, so for this year only, we will still take deposits on the understanding that the tickets will be ‘on hold’ until the final balance has been taken. Once we have our ticket allocation from the ACO, Paul will be in touch to advise as to when the final payment will be required. 

Our existing valued clients…
It is possible that going forward we will be using an e-commerce facility to book and pay for tickets. Clearly, we need to respect all our long-standing customers who have been loyal over the years, and we will be ensuring that they can take the tickets in advance of us offering tickets to any new customers. 

However, to do this it will require all existing customers to register their interest on our website. We value greatly our existing customers and understand that this approach may be difficult for some, so please be assured that Paul will still be on hand to speak with you. He will do his best to ensure that you don’t lose out and are registered for the tickets you require. 

You may see us advertise tickets in this way for 2025, but this will only be for any surplus tickets once we have satisfied all existing clients. 

Grandstand tickets…
Grandstands will be sold in the same way as general entry tickets, with Just Tickets having to pay for seats as we book the, From 2025, all seats must be allocated at the time of booking, meaning that it may not be possible to guarantee seats are allocated together, unless you ensure you make your booking early when allocations are high. So please make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that if you are seeking supplementary seats then it is unlikely we will be able to place them with those previously ordered

Over the years Just Tickets have been one of the only ACO UK ticket agents able to sell ACO grandstand seats (Tribune 17 & 18), and to facilitate this we had to purchase ACO corporate memberships. From 2025 we can no longer purchase these memberships, but rest assured we will still be offering these seats, but are currently seeking clarity as to how this will work in the future. 

Classic Le Mans 2025…
We will be providing updates on these ticket sales as soon as they become available. 

Formula 1…
We are pleased to be in a position for 2025 to offer a full range of entrance and grandstand tickets for the 2025 Season, we hope to have these on our new website shortly after the launch on 1st November 2024. 

Just Tickets Dover Office…
We have been at our current Dover office for many years, and we are sad to say that we must move out as the Landlord wants to move his other office into the premises. 

We have found new offices still in Dover and we now see this as an exciting opportunity to develop a new fresh and exciting place of work for Paul and somewhere we can hold business meetings and welcome our customers in the future. We are still unsure of our moving date, but we will keep you all informed as matters progress.
