When payment has been made to us in full, we continue to offer our No Surcharge Guarantee.
How the booking fee is made up
The difference between ticket face value and our selling price represents provision for currency fluctuation, speculative loss on unsold tickets to ensure availability, operating costs, agency and membership fees, VAT and profit margin. Collectively, this is referred to as the booking fee.

Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, non-flight package enquiries are transferred to, sold and invoiced by Lycian Events Limited, with payments for those bookings made directly to Lycian Events.
