Le Mans e-tickets

Using the ACO Ticket App.

Once your Le Mans e-tickets have been released, the official Le Mans Tickets app is the easiest way to access them on your phone. Follow this guide to download the app, find your tickets and accept a transfer if required.

How tickets reach the app

Most customers won't need to do anything

There are two possible routes. Start with the normal route; only use Transfers if the tickets do not appear automatically or if JustTickets has manually processed your e-tickets.

Normal route

Tickets appear automatically

When you use the same email address as your JustTickets booking, your released tickets should normally appear in the app automatically.

Booking email→Open app→Tickets appear
If they don't appear

Accept the ticket transfer

If your tickets do not appear automatically, or your e-tickets were manually processed, check the app's Transfer section and accept the pending tickets.

Transfers→Pending tickets→Accept

Troubleshooting

My tickets aren't showing

Work through these checks in order before contacting us. In many cases the issue is simply a different email address or a transfer waiting to be accepted.

1
Check the email address

Make sure the email used in the app is the same email address used to place your JustTickets order.

2
Check the Transfer section

If the tickets have been transferred rather than linked automatically, they may be waiting there for you to accept them.

3
Check whether tickets have been released

Your order confirmation does not mean the organiser has released the event tickets yet. Check the Delivery & E-Tickets information before expecting them in the app.

4
Still missing?

If the email is correct, there is nothing waiting in Transfers and the tickets have been released, contact JustTickets and include your order number.

Need more help?

If you're waiting for tickets to be released, check our Delivery & E-Tickets guide. If your tickets have been released and you've completed the checks above, contact our team with your order number.
